Ocean Blue Surf Sanctuary is a Moonlight Beach gem with 2 master suites. This large home is a few steps away from the sand and has incredible views from almost every room. Guests will enjoy many spacious outdoor decks, a salt-water spa, and a game room with a pool table and exercise bike. It's perfect for 2 couples who want king beds, their own master suites, and a quiet sanctuary located at one of California's most iconic and scenic state beaches.

The upstairs living room boasts a unique feature-a well-equipped wet bar with stunning beach and ocean views. As an added bonus, we've installed a saltwater Jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach fun. Encinitas, a renowned California beach town, is home to world-class surfing. Our property, d-Street, is conveniently located on the south side of Moonlight Beach, offering easy access to the waves.

We have gigabit internet, robust Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout. The daybed on the topmost deck has a panoramic view yet is still very private. The guests can park two cars in the front of the house. This vacation rental is permitted by the city of Encinitas (RNTL-017173-2021) and is strictly limited to no more than 8 occupants/guests at all times. Although it's on the beach, this neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's perfect for a family retreat or a romantic escape. Because of the rules imposed by the City of Encinitas to maintain our good standing for our rental permit, parties, and gatherings that exceed our maximum permitted 8 occupants/guests (including children) are not allowed and will result in loss of the security deposit.

Because the house is located so close to the beach and has an unobstructed view we were approached by Skyline Webcams to host the Encinitas Live Cam. The webcam only has a view of the beach and does not record video of the property itself.
