The upstairs living room has a well-equipped wet bar with stunning beach and ocean views. We’ve added a saltwater Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day of fun at the beach. Encinitas, a famous California beach town, is home to world-class surfing. D-Street, a well-known shortboard spot, is on the south side of Moonlight Beach, making it easy to catch waves.

We offer gigabit internet, strong Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout. The daybed on the top deck has a panoramic view yet remains private. Guests can park two cars in front of the house. This vacation rental is permitted by the city of Encinitas (RNTL-017173-2021) and is limited to 8 guests at all times. Though it’s on the beach, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s perfect for a family retreat or a romantic getaway. To keep our rental permit in good standing, parties and gatherings that exceed 8 guests (including children) are not allowed and will result in the loss of the security deposit.

Because the house is so close to the beach and has an unobstructed view, Skyline Webcams approached us to host the Moonlight Beach Webcam. The webcam only shows the beach and does not record video of the property.
